CHALLENGE
Intelligence nobody can see is intelligence nobody trusts.
Engineers don't lack intelligence. They lack context. Code lives in one place, decisions in another, and critical knowledge is scattered across Slack, docs, tickets and conversations. Unblocked brings it all together, but the reasoning that does so happens out of sight.
The challenge was to make that invisible intelligence feel tangible, understandable and trustworthy, without adding the complexity the product exists to remove.
ROLE
I led the interface design of the website from end to end. I turned a complex engine into a clear story by giving every visual and every line of copy one job: to show where an answer comes from and why it can be trusted.
Positioned Unblocked as the definitive AI-native intelligence layer for modern engineering teams. The system translates complex back-end reasoning into an authoritative, low-friction interface—leveraging high-contrast hierarchy, dynamic provenance threads, and zero-noise visual systems to anchor technical credibility at scale.
